You may also find the answer to your question on our FAQ page which you can visit by clicking here. If you have already done this and cannot find the answer to your question, or if you have a question that is not about a product, please fill out the form below and we will respond as quickly as possible. Warranty Claim

To file a warranty claim, under our quality guarantee, please complete the form below and your claim will be reviewed by our customer service team. We ask that you include a telephone number and email address in the event that we need to contact you for more information. You will also receive updates on your claim via email. Thank you.

Warranty Registration

Thank you for your purchase! Our products are guaranteed against all defects in workmanship and materials for the original owner for 90 days from the date of purchase with the exception of our Power Stations which have a one year warranty. More details about our quality guarantee can be found on the product packaging or in the product manual. By completing the registration form below, a record of your purchase will be saved in the event that the product malfunctions during the guarantee period.

Return

1) Orders may be returned for any reason within 14 days of receiving the order for myACG customers, 21 days for myACG+ customers, and 28 days for myACG+ VIP customers. Items must be in original packaging and undamaged with all accessories intact and included. The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the order back to ACG.

2) If you received your order and the items were damaged upon receipt, you must notify ACG within 3 business days of the delivery date listed on the tracking number to receive a replacement or a full refund. This rule applies even to orders that were placed as gifts. We recommend all customers inspect each items packaging for any visible damage before giving away to friends or family. Any returns outside of the 3 day period with visible damage to the packaging or products will be rejected.
